The Eminence Accord
Before they leadthe world, they meet here.
A private convocation for exceptional young minds across Diplomacy, Entrepreneurship, Technology and Fashion, gathered for two evenings in Melbourne.

- XII to XIII Nov

- Assembly
- 880 Delegates
The Accord exists for a single purpose: to gather, before the world claims them, the young people who will shape it. Here they are neither students nor celebrities, but candidates for public life, measured by judgement, craft and the manner in which they conduct themselves among equals.
We do not assemble the accomplished to celebrate what they have done. We assemble the exceptional to prepare them for what they will be asked to do in the public eye.

Civic. Composed. Formal.
The Sovereign Table
The art of persuasion practised among equals. Delegates convene at a single table to negotiate the questions that will define their generation, speaking with the restraint and conviction of those who expect, one day, to be heard.
- Statecraft & negotiation
- Address & rhetoric
- Accord & resolution
A place at the Accord is earned, in four movements.
The passage from candidate to laureate is a formation, not a contest for attention. Each movement is observed, recorded and weighed by the Accord’s faculty.

The Dossier
Each candidate composes a dossier of distinction, a considered account of work, judgement and ambition, reviewed in confidence by the Accord’s panel.
- II

The Showing
Within the chamber of their field, delegates present their work to peers and faculty, an exhibition of craft held to the standard of public life.
- III

The Examination
Ideas are tested aloud. Delegates defend their reasoning before an assembly of distinguished examiners, where composure is weighed alongside conviction.
- IV

At the closing gala, distinction is conferred by name. Laureates of the Accord are entered into the standing archive of the assembly.
